One Call babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC reserves the right to refuse or break contract with contractors at any time. After signing this form you will become a One Call Babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC contractor, which means you are agreeing on being an at will employee. You have the right to break this contract at any time. One Call Babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC does not hold any accountability for your quality of service or any injury, occurrence while you are performing your service. Any service rendered through one Call Babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC is paid through One Call LLC and our company pays you either cash, by cash app, Zelle, check or account deposit whether or not you own your own company. No amount paid for your services are refundable to the clients. Becoming a contractor with One Call Babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC means that you agree that when you set your own rate or salary the company either charges you a flat rate fee that varies between $15 to $100 if service will cost $500 or less and between $100-$500 if service will cost between $500 to an indefinite amount; or for you to pay a cut of your earnings which will be 20% of any amount. You also agree that One Call decides what to pay you for contracted positions from within. When you agree upon charging One Call a rate for a type of service instead of setting up your rates you are not to except anything more or to increase charge afterwards upon any basis. After you sign this contract with One Call Babysitting & Services Dispatch LLC you will be subject to be dispatched to its clients at any given time you will set as your availability on a 24 hour basis and to abide to changes of structure, policies and procedures within the company. Obtain $10- $50 when you refer a client to be serviced by your team. Receive incentives, Uber, travel perks etc when you make yourself available to accommodate One Call’s short notice or rushed service clients. After you serve any client you were connected to within One Call’s database you will not connect with this client for private contracts or services or with any competitor for a period of 5 years. You will not solicit or agree on connecting with clients you serviced for the mentioned period except through One Call. Any violation of this rule will be subject to immediate termination and or prosecution.
